"My name is Earl, and my shop is ThoreauFair. The title of my shop is a
play on words, using one of the greatest American writers and
philosophers, Henry David Thoreau. I spend hours of my free time in
nature, and that was the inspiration for my shop since I always carry a
camera. Most of my photographs are a reflection of the natural life, and
things that some may never see if they were living in a city
environment."
"Every day, I grow spiritually from the nature that I have
captured. I love looking at it, and remembering my moods or favorite
parts of that particular walk through life. What makes my photographs
important, is that they are my view on life, and I hope to inspire
others to get out, enjoy the fresh air, greet the day, and walk on the
wild side."
"Nature is all around us, but some never see it, or have the ability to see it from an apartment window or big city.
We use nature, we need it, and it needs us.
This was started with a camera, a love for the great outdoors, a friend giving me a chance, and a dream."

If you know me at all, you know how much I adore nature photography and how much I like to pretend that I am a nature photographer. So all of Earl's nature-related prints have a special place in my heart (and my wishlist!).
And with the holidays fast approaching, here are some giftable goodies available in Earl's shop as well:
And, my own personal passion, paper crafts!
What is your favorite item in ThoreauFair?
Thank you so much to Earl for helping with this feature!
The focus on that photography is amazing! I love nature as a subject, beautiful shop. I think my favourite item is the set of greetings cards, I found it hard to pick my favourite out of all the photographs so I picked a set, is that cheating? :P

ReplyDeleteThanks for this post. I love the bark photograph, but there is something about the skyscraper with the moon that I like, too.
